Small beginnings lead to great victories
"He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much." Luke 16:10 KJV
See the frailty of men is that we look at our circumstances seeking to find something to complain about. We criticize and judge ourselves, our families, our friends, and even people we don’t know! We do this because we are looking at our lives with a glass half-full mentality. For instance when you have been working at the same job for years do you think to yourself "God is preparing me for something greater" or do you say "I’ll never get out of debt with this stupid job!"
The word of God instructs you to be faithful with the little that He has given you. The Lord has deposited in your life talents, blessings, and skill sets that only you possess. He has equipped you to thrive! When you think about those menial tasks you have to do or the current state of your situation, choose to look at your life not only as a glass half full but completely full and overflowing! When we choose to be faithful in the small, God blesses us with more. Believe it that there is more coming!
Everything that God has ever promised you is one small step away from your great victory! Brace yourself and with a grateful heart, look at this day as a glorious day to show God, as a child shows their parent that you can steward His gifts properly for His glory!
~ Father God, I am grateful that You are Lord in my life. Guide me and help me be diligent in the small things so that I will bear much fruit for You. Keep my heart and draw me closer. In Jesus’ Name Amen
